Parmi 966 enregistrements, 7 \u00e9tudes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 retenues.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, les exercices de renforcement de la hanche ont significativement r\u00e9duit la douleur et l&rsquo;incapacit\u00e9 des participants, avec une bonne qualit\u00e9 m\u00e9thodologique.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En conclusion, les exercices de renforcement de la hanche semblent prometteurs pour soulager la lombalgie.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdpi.com\/2075-4663\/11\/9\/167\">Disponible sur MDPI<\/a><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un mod\u00e8le bas\u00e9 sur le deep learning pour la classification des fractures vert\u00e9brales lombaires ost\u00e9oporotiques sur les radiographies : Une \u00e9tude r\u00e9trospective de d\u00e9veloppement et de validation de mod\u00e8le<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><i>Yohei Ono, Nobuaki Suzuki, Ryosuke Sakano, Yasuka Kikuchi, Tasuku Kimura, Kenneth Sutherland, Tamotsu Kamishima&nbsp;<\/i><\/p>\n<div data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\" data-en-clipboard=\"true\">\n<p>Un diagnostic pr\u00e9coce et un traitement des fractures vert\u00e9brales lombaires ost\u00e9oporotiques r\u00e9centes (FVLO) sont vitaux.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bien que l&rsquo;IRM soit couramment utilis\u00e9e pour distinguer les FVLO r\u00e9centes des anciennes, elle peut \u00eatre inconfortable pour les patients souffrant de douleurs dorsales s\u00e9v\u00e8res et peu pratique en situation d&rsquo;urgence.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Il est donc recommand\u00e9 de la r\u00e9server aux patients fortement suspects de fractures r\u00e9centes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La radiographie est le moyen privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 de d\u00e9pistage des FVLO, et am\u00e9liorer sa pr\u00e9cision aidera \u00e0 d\u00e9cider de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une IRM.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Une m\u00e9thode de classification automatique des vert\u00e8bres lombaires (LV) normales, anciennes ou r\u00e9centes a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de l&rsquo;apprentissage profond et de radiographies. Spath<\/i><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette \u00e9tude a \u00e9valu\u00e9 l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;hydrogel intradiscal dans le traitement des douleurs lombaires chroniques li\u00e9es \u00e0 la maladie d\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rative des disques, qui ne r\u00e9pondent pas aux traitements m\u00e9dicaux conventionnels.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Vingt patients \u00e2g\u00e9s de 22 \u00e0 69 ans ont \u00e9t\u00e9 inclus dans l&rsquo;\u00e9tude. Tous ces patients souffraient de douleurs lombaires attribu\u00e9es \u00e0 la maladie d\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rative des disques.
