am\u00e9ricaines.<\/p><p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude a mis en \u00e9vidence une relation U invers\u00e9e entre l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 physique et la douleur lombaire, o\u00f9 un niveau mod\u00e9r\u00e9 d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 semble le plus b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour r\u00e9duire les douleurs.<\/p><p>Toutefois, une augmentation de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 physique au-del\u00e0 de ce niveau mod\u00e9r\u00e9 pourrait entra\u00eener une augmentation de la douleur, soulignant l&rsquo;importance de l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre dans les routines d&rsquo;exercice pendant la grossesse.<!-- notionvc: capacit\u00e9s \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser des activit\u00e9s quotidiennes.<\/p><p>Ces r\u00e9sultats mettent en lumi\u00e8re la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;int\u00e9grer des \u00e9valuations
