Un essai a \u00e9galement r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que la TFC est rentable.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ces r\u00e9sultats encouragent l&rsquo;utilisation de la TFC pour am\u00e9liorer la prise en charge des patients l&rsquo;essai RESTORE explore les mod\u00e9rateurs de r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la th\u00e9rapie fonctionnelle cognitive (TFC) chez 492 adultes souffrant de lombalgie chronique.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats montrent que les patients ayant une incapacit\u00e9 plus s\u00e9v\u00e8re au d\u00e9but du traitement b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient davantage de la TFC, avec des am\u00e9liorations plus significatives \u00e0 13 et 52 semaines compar\u00e9 aux soins standards.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;analyse n&rsquo;a pas trouv\u00e9 de diff\u00e9rences notables selon l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 de la douleur ou les niveaux de catastrophisation.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ces r\u00e9sultats soulignent que la TFC est particuli\u00e8rement b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour les patients les plus affect\u00e9s par la lombalgie, et qu&rsquo;elle analyse la relation entre l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique et la lombalgie chez les adolescents, en tenant compte des effets de la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19. Douze \u00e9tudes totalisant 78 850 adolescents r\u00e9v\u00e8lent une relation en U entre l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique et la lombalgie.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Une activit\u00e9 mod\u00e9r\u00e9e semble protectrice contre la lombalgie, tandis que des niveaux d\u2019activit\u00e9 trop faibles ou excessifs augmentent le risque.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>La pand\u00e9mie a exacerb\u00e9 le probl\u00e8me, avec une augmentation de la s\u00e9dentarit\u00e9 contribuant \u00e0 la pr\u00e9valence accrue de la lombalgie chez les adolescents.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Des diff\u00e9rences de genre ont \u00e9galement
