th\u00e9rapies \u00e9tudi\u00e9es comprenaient les manipulations myofasciales, le massage et les mobilisations articulaires.\u00a0<\/p><p>L\u2019am\u00e9lioration la plus notable concernait la r\u00e9duction de la douleur \u00e0 court terme, facilitant une meilleure ex\u00e9cution des exercices.\u00a0<\/p><p>Les donn\u00e9es sur les effets \u00e0 long terme restent limit\u00e9es.\u00a0<\/p><p>L\u2019\u00e9tude conclut que l\u2019utilisation combin\u00e9e de la th\u00e9rapie manuelle et des exercices offre des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices accrus par rapport \u00e0 la 2023), r\u00e9v\u00e8le que les articles s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s ont accumul\u00e9 entre 13 et 372 citations.\u00a0<\/p><p>Elle analyse \u00e9galement les scores alternatifs, comme les citations Dimensions et les Scores d\u2019Attention Altmetric (SAA).\u00a0<\/p><p>Les auteurs explorent les th\u00e8mes r\u00e9currents dans les travaux cit\u00e9s, offrant une perspective historique et une orientation pour la recherche future sur les TCS, notamment dans leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rer les tissus discaux et r\u00e9duire les sympt\u00f4mes.\u00a0<\/p><p>Cette analyse l&rsquo;exercice physique pour la gestion des lombalgies non sp\u00e9cifiques (NSLBP).<\/p><p>Quinze essais contr\u00f4l\u00e9s randomis\u00e9s (ECR), impliquant 1 338 participants \u00e2g\u00e9s de 18 \u00e0 65 ans, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 inclus apr\u00e8s une recherche dans cinq bases de donn\u00e9es (PubMed, CINAHL, PEDro, SCOPUS, Cochrane Library).\u00a0<\/p><p>Les donn\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9es avec la grille PEDro et l&rsquo;outil Cochrane (RoB 2.0).
