traitement des pathologies qui l&rsquo;affectent.<\/p><p>Pour entamer cette troisi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e, l&rsquo;Essentiel du Rachis se concentre sur un sujet sp\u00e9cifique chaque mois et prend \u00e9galement une dimension visuelle.<\/p><p>Ce mois-ci, nous mettons en lumi\u00e8re un obstacle souvent sous-estim\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9\u00e9ducation :<strong data-start=\"105\" data-end=\"213\"> la kin\u00e9siophobie.<\/strong><\/p><p>Cette peur excessive du mouvement, aliment\u00e9e par la crainte de la douleur ou d\u2019une rechute, touche plus d\u2019un patient sur deux souffrant de lombalgie chronique non sp\u00e9cifique.<\/p><p>Pourtant, son impact sur le pronostic est majeur : elle aggrave l\u2019incapacit\u00e9 fonctionnelle, favorise l\u2019\u00e9vitement des mouvements et entretient la chronicisation de la douleur.<\/p><p>Au travers de 4 \u00e9tudes r\u00e9centes, d\u00e9couvrons et comprenons son r\u00f4le, sa pertinence clinique ainsi que ses explorer la mani\u00e8re dont la lombalgie affecte la r\u00e9gulation \u00e9motionnelle chez les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es de 65 \u00e0 84 ans.<\/p><p>\u00c0 partir de donn\u00e9es de 406 participants issus d\u2019une cohorte nationale espagnole, les chercheurs ont compar\u00e9 trois groupes : sans douleur, avec lombalgie aigu\u00eb ou subaigu\u00eb, et avec lombalgie chronique.\u00a0<\/p><p>Les r\u00e9sultats montrent que les personnes souffrant de lombalgie chronique pr\u00e9sentent davantage de strat\u00e9gies de r\u00e9gulation \u00e9motionnelle non adaptatives, notamment une plus grande rumination, une dramatisation accrue et un sentiment de bl\u00e2me (dirig\u00e9 vers soi ou autrui).\u00a0<\/p><p>Ces profils \u00e9motionnels sugg\u00e8rent que la douleur chronique lombaire chez les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es est associ\u00e9e \u00e0 une alt\u00e9ration de la r\u00e9gulation \u00e9motionnelle, ce qui pourrait influencer n\u00e9gativement leur qualit\u00e9 de vie et leur prise en en cha\u00eene cin\u00e9tique ouverte en eau, et exercices en cha\u00eene ferm\u00e9e.<\/p><p>Pendant 8 semaines, les groupes exp\u00e9rimentaux ont suivi un programme d\u2019hydroth\u00e9rapie structur\u00e9.<\/p><p>Les r\u00e9sultats montrent une am\u00e9lioration significative de la douleur (VAS), du handicap fonctionnel (Oswestry Disability Index), de la kin\u00e9siophobie (Tampa Scale
